STOCKMOHR was started in 1979 as a partnership and was incorporated in 1988. It has been a member of the Better Business Bureau for over ten years. The company has consistently grown over the years and today STOCKMOHR is a vital force in the community. The company started by selling and installing gutters, and over the years has grown to include vinyl siding, roofing, replacement windows, replacement doors and trim. We have managed to maintain this growth because STOCKMOHR genuinely cares about the customer. Our motto is "STOCKMOHR People Make the Difference." That motto is carried to all who have dealings with STOCKMOHR, from the potential customer that calls for information to the supplier that delivers materials, to the employee that was just hired. STOCKMOHR stresses old fashioned values. Values and ethics are the threads that are woven through all fibers of the STOCKMOHR family.

STOCKMOHR sales representatives are trained to listen and observe before offering the customer quality solutions to their home improvement needs. Our potential customers are told that we are licensed and insured, and that we are a member of the BBB. STOCKMOHR uses only the finest quality products available in today's market and our sales staff is instructed to show the customer the product and fully explain the warranties.

STOCKMOHR'S commitment to quality home improvement continues as the materials are ordered and the job is scheduled. We buy only first grade materials and have great trust in our suppliers. The suppliers we use are known in the industry for their integrity and there is an element of mutual respect. 

Communication is important between the customer and STOCKMOHR and so we strive to make the homeowner aware of the steps that will be taken to complete the installation. We call the customer to arrange delivery of job materials in an easy, convenient, out of the way area. The customer is notified when the job is scheduled to begin and approximately how long it will take.

The crews assigned to the jobs are trained to be courteous and neat as they work. They very often answer questions for the homeowner. Should unforeseen conditions arise that need attention, both the homeowner and the installation manager are notified at once and the course of action is determined. Our goal is to get the job done right!

STOCKMOHR does not end the customer relationship upon completion of the job. The customer is asked to fill out a questionnaire and is encouraged to write comments to let us know how we did. The response rate is high on these surveys and we receive valuable feedback that is used to enhance future jobs. All responses are valued because negatives are usually able to be turned positive by responding to customer needs.
